- Lead end-to-end coordination of complex multilingual translation projects, delivering over 70 Standards published in 10 languages. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure accurate, consistent, and on-time publication. - Manage relationships with 5 translation agencies and serve as primary contact for over 50 peer reviewers, ensuring alignment on scope and quality standards. - Oversee quality assurance processes, terminology management, and adherence to editorial and brand guidelines. - Maintain meticulous documentation and records, supporting compliance with organizational standards and project requirements. - Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing risks or delays to maintain schedule adherence. - Prepare detailed reports for donors, summarizing project status and outcomes.
As an assistant to the Editorial and Publishing Team I started out helping coordinate the projects and the team. Since then I have become the point of contact for all peer reviewers and kept track of all interactions with the translation companies and deadlines.
Maintained a portfolio of 50+ properties, coordinating with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
Performed all daily operations in a real estate firm and helped an estate agent with the administration of properties.
Provided helpful customer support, resolved clients' complaints, supervized new employees and monitored their productivity.
Performed English-Ukrainian written translation working closely with the localization team using CAT-tools, such as Matecat and SDL Trados Studio.
Conducted English classes for high school students.
I followed an intense 8 week training program to gather the skills needed to become a business analyst. This course was part of the "Future in IT" project from the German federal government. The course proved to be a worthwhile investment, the learnings about requirements and stakeholders directly benefitted my work as a team assistant and gave the GRI Translations team the opportunity to significantly improve the way they think about roles and responsibilities within the team.
I took this course to enhance my ability to navigate today's intercultural complexity. It was engaging and full of valuable discussions and insights.
